DOES ART MY HOUSE SHIP TO ALL COUNTRIES?

No, for the moment we don't ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

PROCESSING TIME

Please keep in mind that each product is individually printed and assembled when you order it, so do allow us 1-7 business days manufacture time for your prints.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

We will do our best to ship your order in 7-21 business days after manufacturing, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. We ship with major shipping carriers (DPD, Fedex, DHL, USPS). You will see the actual shipping cost at checkout, right before placing your order. We offer live shipping rates, that means you will pay depending of the size and weight of the package. Prints will be shipped from either Europe or USA.

CUSTOM FEES

Remember that any customs fees depending on the destination country, is your responsibility (the customer). 

HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PACKAGED FOR SHIPPING?

We try to do our best to minimize waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. Our art prints are shipped in kraft tube boxes with plastic end caps. The kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

When checking out please ensure that you supply us with a physical address, home address or workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours. Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
