Refunds And Returns
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Do contact us within: 3 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
Because of the nature of these items we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Digital downloads (including Lightroom or Photoshop presets, Digital Prints)
- Items on sale
Please do check your final order carefully, we won't refund your product if you choose the wrong product or the wrong size.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and do not make size exchanges.
Remember that any customs fees depending on the destination country, is your responsibility (the customer). We do not refund an order on custom fees motive. Please inform yourself at your local authorities about the cost of custom fees before making an order.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
We accept returns only if the product arrives damaged. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If the product is damaged in the mail, please send us photo verification of the damaged goods to email@example.com and we will send you a new one free of charge. The damaged product will be replaced only by an identical one.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A PACKAGE ISN'T DELIVERED, BUT THE TRACKING STATES IT DID?
In the rare cases that a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but the customer didn't receive it, Art My House would not cover the cost of a new order. The customer should reach out the courier and inquire about the order. We're not yet able to assist with filling claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future!
